If your theme is primitive, country rustic, farmhouse, and you are looking for a unique shelf/rack to show off those beautiful ironstone bowls, or store your antique wooden bowls, this barn wood rack is your solution. The rack is handmade by me from 100% authentic barn wood (typically oak) salvaged from old barns in West Virginia and Southwest Virginia. It comes in three faded colors that came directly off the barns; red, white and natural weathered. All three colors are shown in the pictures. It will add a touch of country charm to any room.
The bowl rack in the main picture is faded red and is nominally 40”long, 7” wide, and 12” tall. It is finished naturally* (unfinished). This style bench can be customized to a variety of sizes.
*Exactly how it came off the barn. Lightly sanded to remove sharp edges and splinters.
The pictures you see in my store depict a representative sample for the bowl rack pictured. You will receive a bowl rack made from the same pattern, the same size and of the same type wood as the sample unless you specifically request a custom piece. Again, these bowl racks are handmade by me from 100% reclaimed wood, therefore each item is literally one of a kind with different wood characteristics and individual reclaimed attributes including but not limited to grain, color, dimensional uniformity, checks, splits, cracks, holes, knots, warp, twist, bow, cuts, scrapes, scratches etc. No two pieces are the same so please consider this when you order.
Custom racks will take approximately 5-7 days to complete and ready to ship. If you prefer a custom made rack please contact me directly.
